The United for Healthier Kids (U4HK) is a pioneering and comprehensive programme, initiated by Nestle Philippines, which helps establish healthier eating, drinking, and lifestyle habits for children.
In the Philippines, U4HK developed a platform and formed a coalition composed of different partners to raise awareness on malnutrition and its related areas of collaboration and opportunities for action. This focuses on creating a social movement and encouraging various stakeholders to make use of a platform that would provide long-term action against hunger and malnutrition.
The platform will go live via web through www.u4hk.com.
Partners, advocates and supporters as well as institutional and individual donors may collaborate and work together through sharing of resources and directly participating in the various activities that are initiated by partners regularly posted in the website.
In January 24 of this year, U4HK was launched in Manila and was participated by the pioneering partners and founders lead by Nestle along with visitors and guests coming from the media, academe and non-government organizations.
