After two years of being wrapped up by the pandemic, CJFI finally conducted a face-to-face Annual Convention. 

CJFI welcomes its delegates from Davao, Cebu, Laguna, Pampanga, and Quezon City Center. 

DAY 1

The 1st Day activity was the presentation of the Main Office and Center’s Accomplishments, a Re-visitation of the Strategic Plan, and Annual Planning.

DAY 2

On the 2nd day of the convention, each center presented its Annual Plan and presented its Preparation for the Work and Financial Plan for 2023. 

DAY 3

On the 3rd day of the Annual Convention, the following discussions were; the Case Management for Social Workers by Ms. Jessielyn Bandalan (CJFI Deputy Director for Programs and Services) and Ms. Cherry Bristol (CJFI National Supervising Social Worker).

Accounting System for Bookkeeper by Ms. Raine Belaya (CJFI General Accountant) and Ms. Editha Halimao (Disbursing Officer).

And Strengthening Resource Mobilization by Ms. Marichel U. Eyog (CJFI Executive Director).

DAY 4

On the 4th day of the CJFI’s 12th Annual Convention invited Guest Speaker, Mr. Christopher S. Del Monte, RPm, MSc, CHA, the Program Head, Center for Mental Health and Psychosocial Development of Adventist Hospital – Davao. Mr. Christopher discussed  Mental Health for the Carer– like CJFI which is handling and taking care of the children.

In the afternoon, the staff had an activity regarding the topic and gave certificates of Appreciation to the Guest Speaker and the participants. 

In the evening, the Awarding ceremony was held

Lastly, the staff had karaoke and parlor games.

After the long event, CJFI staff had a Rest and Recreation- Island Hopping at Samal Island. Everyone enjoyed the prepared foods and the islands they went to. The CJFI Staff also gave food and bread to the families and children they met and see who are in need.

DAY 6

After the week-long Annual Convention, CJFI’s Founding President, Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy gave an opportunity for CJFI Staff to visit and take a walk at Glory Mountain and Prayer Mountain in Tamayong, Davao City.

DAY 7

On the 7th and last day of the event, delegates joined the fellowship of the Founding President Pastor Apollo C. Quiboly. After the fellowship, CJFI Staff had a group pictorial and a victory celebration.
