From the beginning, CJFI’s goal is to aim for a higher and excellent service. Ms. Marichel U. Eyog (CJFI Executive Director) and Mrs. Jessielyn Bandalan (CJFI Deputy for Programs and Services) personally toured CJFI nationwide. The quarterly inspection and monitoring aim to standardize the Case Management procedure throughout CJFI’s six (6) residential institutions around the country.
Apart from this, all centers are in the process of preparing for an upcoming renewal/accreditation assessment in accordance with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Standards Bureau criteria.
Staff meetings were held to ensure that everyone was on track with their particular tasks and counterparts in order to achieve the established goals and objectives of the foundation. The accreditation tool was re-orientated, and staff criteria for reaching their desired degree of accreditation were strengthened.
