The Pandesal Making Orientation and Hands-on Activity, organized by the MARAHUYO group, brought together participants from CJFI Laguna and UST for an enriching hands-on experience. Led by Chef Jose Victor Santos, the orientation focused on bread-making techniques and precise measurements in pandesal production.
Equipped with sponsored materials and ingredients, both groups actively engaged in mixing the dough, allowing it to rise to perfection. Working together, they sliced and shaped the dough, ensuring uniformity in size and shape.
This activity not only fostered teamwork and skill development but also offered the potential for diversification and income generation for the Foundation. With various flavors incorporated into the pandesal, culinary exploration was encouraged, creating possibilities for future initiatives.
