It was launched last April 28, 2016 as a first of its kind, world-class because of its facilities. Just recently, the three-storey Children’s Joy Foundation Inc. The DSWD Standards Bureau has affirmed that CJFI has satisfied the provision of Section 23 of Republic Act 4373, an Act to Regulate the Practice of Social Work and the Operation of Social Work Agencies in the Philippines. Section 23 sets the rules on Registration of Social Welfare Administration. CJFI is also licensed to operate in Region 3, Calabarzon, Region 7, Caraga and NCR.
