Filindihelpline: Together For A Cause

Amidst of this pandemic, CJFI Laguna has been nominated as the recipient of the Filindihelpline Program of the Filipino Indian Commerce & Welfare Society Inc. (FICWSI) in a joint effort with the Rotary Club Makati Neilsen, and PNPA Sandigan Class of 1994.
Last July 4, 2020, was the turnover of three laptops and the launching of the Online Homeschooling Project that the children will use to continue their studies. It includes upgrading, updating, function conditioning of CJFI’s existing computers, and maintenance; installation of high-speed internet connection for a year.
Mr. Manjinder “James” Kumar ( FICWSI and Rotary Club Makati Neilsen 2020-2021 President), Mr. Nureyev De Leon (FICWS Communications and Public Relations), Filindihelpline volunteer-teachers, PCol. Nestor Salcedo and PCol. Marlou Martinez (PNPA Sandigan Class of 1994 President and Vice President), and Ms. Annaleah Tanquintic, (IHPG Founder and Head), attended the event.
Mr. Manjinder was thankful for there is an organization that is helping less-fortunate and underprivileged children in the Philippines to become a better individual, Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy (CJFI Founding President) product of love.
Mr. Kumar also promised that this was just the beginning and not the end of the help they will extend to the CJFI with PCol. Nestor Salcedo and other members of the joint organizations will be the ones to shoulder the expenses in building facilities improvement. They will donate air-con and steel decks for the children’s bedrooms.
CJFI Center head Rizel Espinosa thanked Mr. Kumar and the group for the complete online schooling donation package as an answer to their prayer for the children’s distance education.
