On June 14, 2022, CJFI- Social Worker attended the 1st semestral ABSNET meeting held at Ganaan Children’s Home, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
Ms. Lorie Pahamtang (Ganaan Children’s Home Social Worker) gave the Welcome Message.
DSWD Standard discussed the Republic Act 11642, known as Domestic Administrative Adoption Act. It was followed by Ms. Masachusette T. Banza-Nacino (SWO III, Standards Bureau), who discussed the Enhanced E-System Design or the DSWD Regulatory e-Services.
Lastly, Ms. Jojin Ladroma (ABSNET Regional Chairperson) facilitated the ABSNET meeting proper. Reading and approval of the previous minutes of the meeting were done by the ABSNET Secretary. Issues and Concerns were discussed and planned for the next ABSNET meeting.
